The Harrisburg Judo Kai Club is the #1 YMCA affiliated club in the nation with over 2000 medalists. The Club currently has 116 national champions and 140 state champions.
All are welcome! Classes are offered for the learning of the martial art judo and jujitsu, workouts and training, self-defense classes and competition opportunities.

Beginner Junior Judo The class will combine basic Judo principles along with a complete fitness program.
