Adults 9:00 am to start setting up. Practice will start at 9:30 and finish around 11:30. Juniors start at 9:00 am and will finish at 10:30. All ages and level of experience are welcome. This practice will focus on competitive judo. Beginners interested in participating can contact info@harrisburgjudokai.org prior to class.

The class will combine basic Judo principles along with a complete fitness program. Students will learn competitive Judo techniques while building confidence, co-ordination and fitness. Students should wear workout clothing with long sleeves and pants. Ages 8-14
