The Keystone Games 2008 were held in York on July 27th. First, I know it has been a long time since July, these games are run by our club and a great way to get competition experience.

Beginner Junior Judo
The class will combine basic Judo principles along with a complete
fitness program. Students will learn Judo throws and hold downs while
building confidence, co-ordination and fitness. Students should wear
workout clothing with long sleeves and pants.
